adding contacts folders to show names from list

I would like to add a coleuges contact list to my "Show names from the" list
in the address book dialog box when I click on the To or Cc buttons in a new
mail message.

I have permissions to read their contacts as I can open it with File>Open
other users...

I think I need to get it into my list of outlook folders somehow and then it
will show up as a contacts option in the "Show name from the" list.

So I guess my question is how do I do this? We have an exchange 2000 server
just in case that matters.
