Adding contacts from an email

I have a user that is unable to add a user from an email as a new contact.
The user gets the following message:

"Cannot perform the request operation. The command selected is not valid for
this recipient. The contacts folder could not be found."

I have:
- Recreated the outlook profile
- Made sure the contacts folder is visable in the Outlook Address Book
- Made sure "Keep Personal Address" option is set to Contacts.
- The issue occurs on other PC's

The user is on XP sp2 wih outlook 2002.

Any help will be great.
