Adding contacts from Exchange server

I'm trying to understand how the Outlook client gets updated with "Contacts"
from the Exchange server when the sending of email is already working. I
can send and receive mail fine, but my contacts are empty. If I add names to
a e-mail, then click on the name ... it shows a screen with one tab being
the phone numbers ... how do I get all this information into "Contacts"

I can add new names one at a time ... but I want the full company directory
shown/updated.

Seems like a simple request ---- I'm not a big Corp. Exchange user.

Right-click the address and choose Add to Contacts. I don't think you'll get
all the data from the Exchange address book, but perhaps enough for your
purposes.
