Adding contacts to distribution list in Public folder

I am woking in Outlook Web Access. When I search contact by name it gives me
message "This entry can not be found in the directory or your Contacts
folder." which is not true. When I use e-mail address for search it inserts
e-mail address in the "Name" column. How do I fix that?

Outlook Web Access is not Outlook but a part of Exchange. Ask your question
in microsoft.public.exchange.clients
