Adding contacts to distribution lists in outlook 2002

Hi there again,

When I receive an email and I want to add it to my
contacts,

I right click on the email from the sender, and select
Properties,

there seems to be some functions missing, when the Email
Properties window opens up, the only functions i get are

Display name
Email Address
Email type
Internet format

I believe there are supposed to be more.

Your help would really be fantastic.

Open the message and R click on the email address itself.
What options do you see there?
