Adding Corporate template in Office

I would like to know how to add a corporate template to
the templates folder in Office XP, and have it show as an
option to select when opening a new office document. An
example of this would be go to start, all programs new
office document and select elegant letter, fax, and etc.

Place the Template in the folder:

%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates
