Adding CR/LF to project cell

Yes but not "automagically" as can be done in Excel.

Wrapping is accomplished by increasing the height of a row. Enter the
lengthy piece of text data in a cell. To see it wrap, select the row and
the drag the bottom border of the row downwards. You will see the
additional text wrapping to the second and subsequent lines as you drag
the bottom border downwards.

You can change the height of all rows by clicking on the upper left corner
of the data entry area (just above the sequence number) to select all
cells and then dragging one bottom border downwards. All rows will have
that height.

Finally, wrapping occurs at spaces. A column such as "Predecessors"
separates elements with a comma and not a space. This column, therefore,
will not wrap.

Mark,
Yes however only certain fields in Project will "word wrap". Generally
text based fields (e.g. Task Name, Notes, TextX, etc.) will wrap but
unlike other Microsoft applications the operation is not called "word"
or "text" wrap in Project. In Project the operation is called "row
height" which can be found under View/Table/More Tables. For the
particular table associated with the view being used, hit "edit". In the
lower right of the Table Definition window is a row height selection
box. Set it for "2" or more to accomodate long text.

With Project 2000 and later, you can also individually adjust the height
of each row and thus enable "word wrap". To find out more about this
feature, go to the help file and search for "row height".

Hope this helps.
