adding custom cubes to build scripts

I would like to add custom cubes to the script/xml that is used to initialize
the SSAS Data Analysis cubes that come with Project Server 2007 so that all
the instances that are generated contain the same cubes without having to add
the cubes manually to each install.

Where would I find these. I've searched the \12 hive but have been
unsuccessful.
