Ok, back to my original problem, In FP03, there's an option to add a
discussion group in an existing website.
Unfortunately, it failed when I tried it. I'm sure, I,m the problem.

What is steps required to achieve that on IIS5.1 ?
and now, FP02 extensions are running.

Have a web open in FP, then when adding the discussion web, enter the path like so:

http://currentwebname/discussionwebname

WEBMASTER Resources(tm)

FrontPage Resources, WebCircle, MS KB Quick Links, etc.

Or create the subweb (in FP or the FP SE - Tools Server Admin)
Then use the DW template and select the in current web option

Instead of creating a new subweb for the discussion group, I clicked on "add
to current web".
After publishing the site, I get to the welcome page, choose to post an
article, write something in the form and post the article. There, I get a
page with an error telling me to see my web administrator.

What I don't really understand is that nowhere in the wizard process it ask
me for a database name. Is that normal ? This might be the reason why I get
this error ? If so, where do I define it and how ?

I see that instead of a database the posting is sent to "discussion form
handler".
OK, then, what am I missing ? I've tried to create a new subweb but I get
the same result

Generally not a good idea. It is very easy to overwrite or delete the
discussion pages unless they are safely in their own subweb.

A page or a pop-up error message?
Please give the complete error and page name.

The discussion web does not use a database. Each post creates its own page.

According to http://69.70.153.160:81/_vti_inf.html (root) and http://69.70.153.160:81/June2/_vti_inf.html (subweb) for
http://www.bioenvirotech.com
the FP SE are not installed on the server (or the permission are not set correctly on the host)
FYI
FP uses port 80 (not 8)1 and that may be part of your problem
- contact your host to see if they support the FP SE and subwebs on port 80
