Adding Dr. in the Salutation

Dear Users Group,
I am trying to merge a document with an address file.
There is a problem with the greeting field in the wizard.
I need to add "Dr." before the last name in the greeting
line.It only allows me to us "Mr." How can I change "Mr."
to "Dr.'
