Adding E-mail Addresses

Is it possible to add an e-mail address to an object/shape so that when you
click on the object it launches outlook (or whatever e-mail system you use)
with the address line filled in? Many thanks

Click on the shape and from the menu
Insert -> Hyperlink
and add mailto:[email protected]

the hyperlink destination can be one of
http: ftp: mailto: file: and probably others too.
