Adding email account to Outlook 97

I am new to Outlook 97 and am trying to establish
contact with my ISP, Juno. I am folowing the instructions
on page 238 of Office 97 for Dummies. It says to Choose
Tools, than Services, than click the add button. In their
picture of screen titled "Add Service to Profile", it
shows the option titled "Internet Mail" . My software
does not show that option. It only shows Microsoft Mail,
Microsoft exchange server, Personal Address book, etc.
I have tried to reinstall software. Still not there. Any
ideas? Thnks in advanced. I know this should not be hard,
but, sometimes it is!
