Adding Enterprise Project field codes to page header/footer

Hi

In the Project Server I have customised Enterprise Project Outline Codes and
Enterprise Project Text fields in the enterprise global template .

When it comes to printing my project as a gantt chart I would like to add
one or two of my customised fields to the page header/footer (as field codes
rather than text, thanks Rod Gill) but they are not shown in the list of
available fields.

I have also tried manually typing the field codes into the footer area on
Footer tab of the page setup dialog - example: "&[Enterprise Project Outline
Code3]", but this does not appear to work. I am using Project Pro 2002 with
Project Server 2003.

Can anyone help out please?
