Adding Enterprise Resources Duplicate Windows Account

I am attempting to add Enterprise Resources. I am getting an error stating
Duplicate Windows Account and/or duplicate name. When I view the resources in
Resource Center, they do not show?

Any suggestions?

A good way to solve problems such as this is to do the following:

1. Open a blank project and click View - Resource Sheet
2. Type the names of the resources you wish to add
3. Double-click each resource and enter their Windows Account and E-Mail
Address, and then click OK
4. Click File - Save As and then click Save as File
5. Name and save the file as an .mpp file
6. Close the file
7. Click Tools - Enterprise Options - Import Resource to Enterprise
8. Select the file you just saved as an .mpp file and import the resources
