Adding field to a 'Table' entity

Hello all,
the default database 'Entity' shape shows Primary and foreign keys and
column names; I would like the 'Column notes' field to be printed as a
description for each column inside the shape: I thought it was a simple job,
but I can't find the way to do it. Is there anybody who can help me?
