Adding Field to Data Form

I have done this in the pass, but am having a brain freeze. How do I add a Field to the date form in my mail merges. Example: I have a Name, Address, and Telephone fields in my data form, I want to add an email field. HELP

You need to tell us which version of Word you're using, so that we can give you the correct interface commands.

OK, you want to view the "Recipients" dialog box (see the list of records). Then click
the Edit button, and after that "Customize".
I am using office 2003 student and teacher.
