adding fields as bookmarks

i want to get the text from the textboxes on the userform into the document,

now i have bookmarks put in the document and i use the .range.text
commands,

it is also possible to user text fields in the document with a bookmark
name, but i have a problem getting the text from the textbox into the field
on the document,

Hi Shorrie,

I am assuming that by text fields you mean formfields as used in a protected
document.

To display the information from your userform in a formfield, use

ActiveDocument.FormFields("BMName").Result =

Do you really want to impose the restrictions of a protected document on the
user?
