Adding fields in a table

B

Brw

I have a document merged with a table.

I have If..Then statement fields set up within a table.

I'm trying to set a formula to add two of the If..Then
statements that I have set up but it's not adding the last
If..Then statement.

My formula is: {=Sum(FeeTable B4,C11)}

It won't add the C11???

Hi Brw,

FeeTable is a bookmark surrounding the table? Then the
problem most likely comes from the fact that the bookmark is
being lost during the merge process. I take it that where you
want to see the result is outside the table, itself?

Then I might stick the formula into the table and just do { =
B4 + C11 }. Format it "hidden" and with a particular
character style.

Where you want to see the result, use a StyleRef field with
the \* CharFormat switch to override the "hidden" formatting.
