Good Day Board,
I'm using an archiving program from Shepra software to archive my
corporate e-mails. The program has an option to place a folder in the
users' mailbox so that they can search their archived e-mails. However,
the syntax that the program uses is just by asking you what is the path
and name of the folder that you would like to create for the users to
use as their search "base".
I thought that if I entered \Search Folders\Archived E-mails, that it
would create the Archived E-mails folder is the system folder Search
Folders. However what happened is that it created another folder called
Search Folders and then placed E-mail Archive under it. This is clearly
not what I wanted.
Does anyone know what would be the correct path syntax to have the
folder created in the Search Folders already cleared by default in
Outlook 2003? If it cannot be done, then I will just use a descriptive
folder name, but I would love to place the option under that folder.
Thanks
