I have an In/Out form that I built using Outlook. It will serve as an
electronic sign-out board. It is set up using a checkbox to indicate whether
a person is in or out, and the following fields: Name, Leave Type (combo),
Will Return, and Notes. The checkbox is turned on by default. When a person
signs out, they uncheck the box by their name, which turns all of their
information red for easily assessing status. All other information is input
manually. When a person returns to the office, right now, each field must be
cleared individually. What I'd like to do is have the Leave Type, Will Return
and Notes fields automatically clear when the checkbox changes from off to
on. Any suggestions?
