Adding Graphics in a Form Field

I am creating a form that uses text fields. The form is protected so only
the editable fields may be altered. I'm trying to create a form where you
can add your signature (or choose from several signatures) by choosing from a
drop-down menu.

I've tried using the AutoTextList field option (found here:
http:///www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/AutoTextListContent.htm), but it
won't work when you protect the form (and the form won;t work unless it is
protected). Now, I'm not locked into the signature having to be chosen by a
drop-down. I'm open to other ideas.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have a look at http://jay-freedman.info/form_picture.zip. Pay careful
attention to the names and locations of the bookmarks in that template
and the explanation of how to adapt it to your form.
