Hi. I'm both new to a Mac, and to Entourage. I have set up my email addresses into categories, and would like to select a category to send out a group email, rather than selecting each email address individually.

Would anyone be able to help me with this please?

Thanks on advance,
Adrian.

Hi. I'm both new to a Mac, and to Entourage. I have set up my email addresses
into categories, and would like to select a category to send out a group
email, rather than selecting each email address individually.

In the Address Book view, select from the pop up "Category is". Select the
category you want for you group. Next select New --> Group. Drag all
contacts into your Group. Name the group. I suggest that you name each group
like this group: holiday list, group: family, group: soccer. When you sort
your Address Book by categories, it makes it easier to find all your groups.

Note: contacts can be in more than one category. You set the default
category.

To use the group in a message, just type the name of the group. I suggest
using the Bcc line. Put your own address in the To line. Most people don't
like their addresses shared with others.

Cheers and Welcome to Mac! I have a few tips and links posted to help new
users here:

Let me know if you need further help.
