Adding Header & Footer To PDF File.

Hi Friends,

Need Help From You Guys, I have some Views/Reports in PWA,which i will
be converting to PDF using pdf995 printer. Is there any possiblity to
add Header,Footer,Comments to report before it gets converted to pdf
format.I am using Project Server 2003.

If this is not possible using pdf995,Is there any other thing through
which i can acheive this.

Any help greatly appriciated.

A couple possibilities: Export to Excel or Word template first.
