Adding help text to an InfoPath 2003 Form

As a new user of InfoPath I am trying to design a somewhat complicated form
for multiple users in multiple countries and to make it easier I want to add
some help text to certain fields, is this possible and if so how do I do it?

You can use screen tips in button properties or add placeholder text in the
box for helps.

Also you can use message and expression boxes to pop up information to the
user.
