Adding holidays to multiple users calender

Hi.

I need to install holidays for 2008 - 2012 on around 2000 users outlook
calender.
They use outlook 2003 and the manual way is not an option.
I have a .HOL file named OUTLOOK.HOL and it is installed on all the users
computers with a vbscript, but not activated in outlook yet.

Can I do this without getting on all users computers?
