Adding hyperlink to view detail

Hello,

I have a basic filter on a field which populates the results. Now I'm
trying to add a hyperlink for every result - opening a new window to detail
view.

ClientID Custname Show Detail
11111 Roberts (Hyperlink to = 'Roberts' view product detail)

Is this possible?
