Adding icons to the QAT automaticly

Hey everybody,
In my organizaton, we use few office macros very frequently, and i would
like to add them to the QAT automatically in the Log-On proccess.
is there any API\registry entry\other kind of automatic customization that
would let me do this?

You should be able to simply copy the QAT file into the QAT directory. The
directory is configurable but the default is:

for XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Office
For Vista:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Office

now, is there any SolidEdge user here? i would like to do the same thing in
SE-ST (which use the same interface), but i i could not find any qat file
that refers to SolidEdge..
