Adding images to unbound control

I have a genealogy tree Form with 32 different Individuals.
This is a unbounded form that is filled with a array.
I need a way to add 16 individual pictures to seperate unbound controls.
Iam confused on the use of recordset2 type recordset's
Images are in a table named tbl_PhotoIndividual
Please advise
