Adding IME or Global Language package

Need Japanese tools

I am running Windows XP Operating System and Office 2000 software package. I would like to download or purchase the Japanese -- Microsoft Global Input Method Editors (IMEs). I have tried to download Global IME 5.02 and Global IME's for Office XP (which I know don't have, but tried anyway)

I have also tried to find the download for Microsoft Japanese IME 2000 -- ???

Either way, I can't seem to find what I need or perhaps I am just looking in the wrong place. Can someone please help me find what I am searching for..??
