adding .JPG image to FrontPage getting file format not supported?

I am trying to add .JPG images to a FrontPage file for my website. I am
getting a dialoge box saying that file format is not supported?

Be more specific. Are you IMPORTING the images before using them on your
pages??

Make sure the image has been saved in RGB (computer ) format instead of CYMB ( print ) format.
