Adding lines automatically

I'll be very specific.....
This is what i want, given the following data:

VB200

Apr 80,201 24,060
May 80,201 24,060
Jun 24,060 24,060

Jul 24,060 24,060
Aug
Sep
Oct

Act - 81,568 45,376 -





DCM1375

Apr 1,003 80,201 24,060
May 80,201 24,060

Act



Now given this data, how do i add 5 or so lines in between
each product (the products being VB200 and DCM1375). So
wat im asking is how do i automatically plug in "x" amount
of lines after the word "Act" and before the new product
name for hundreds of products? I hope that is specific
enough!
