adding lines to a cell

I use excel on a PC at work and normally use ALT+RETURN to add a line to a
preexisting cell. That doesn't seem to work on my mac v.X of excel does
anyone know how to do this??? Help

The MacXL equivalent is CTRL-OPT-RETURN. Make sure the cell's Wrap Text
property is set.
