adding Link Table Manager/Splitter

Am being told with an Access2000 that the database splitter feature is not
there. Also Link Table Manager is not there.

Am guessing that it can be added if one can find the original Office2000 CD
- - but they have not yet been able to locate it.

Have key word searched at Microsoft.com a bunch of times but just can't seem
to find. Where does one get the necessary file to add this feature? thanks

Did you look in the Tools Menu: Database Utilities?

That is where they should be - moved from Access 97

If those features are not installed, then you need to find that CD. If you
can prove ownership, you may be able to get a replacement CD from Microsoft,
but it's not something you can download. You'd have to call your local
Microsoft office and convince them that you are a legitimate licensed user.
Even then, I'm not sure you'll be able to get a replacement CD for Office
2000. I had a look around Microsoft's web site, and could only find
references to replacement CDs for Office XP and Office 2003.
