adding links to publisher 2007

I want to hyperlink my side bar to items on the page. How do I do this?

Example: FAQ's
How much is it?
Do I need to pay up front?
Warranties?
Etc...

On the page it is a list of these questions, when someone clicks on these items i want it to scroll down to that question without making a separate page for each question. Can I do this with publisher?
