Adding Macros & an Action Button Remotely

This is what I would like to do. I would like to be able to send someone a
file/Files, which would automatically install a couple of macros (which I
have made) and then add an action button on their toolbar to run the macros
from their machine. Our company uses MSP Standard 2003. Each user is spread
around the country and they do not have any knowledge of macros or VBA. I
understand macros to a small degree but do not understand VBA. Any help at
all would be appreciated.

Andrew,
What you want to do can certainly be automated with an Open Event macro
but that would take a little time to develop. As an alternate
suggestion, you could supply a set of installation instructions to your
users along with the macros and custom toolbar. I've used that approach
for macros and toolbars I've written for other users so the instructions
are already available, although they have to be modified for your
specific needs.

If you're interested, you can write me direct at the address below. I
will ask some questions. And, if you want to send your macros and custom
toolbar I can even tweak the instructions for you.
