Adding Macros to the Quick Access Tool Bar or the Menu Bar

I am trying to convert to 2007 from 2003 and have run into a major
roadblock. Under 2003 I added 4 very important and frequently used macros
to my main menu, No icons, just a text name for each macro.

I can find no way to duplicate this in 2007. It is easy to get the macros
to appear in the Quick Access Toolbar but the appear as icons and all the
icons are the same. No text.

Is there a way to create a custom menu that will show the text like I did in
2003? Maybe an add-in?

Thank you very much.

I should have pointed out I am talking about Excel and the macros are all in
my Personal.xls.

I apologize.

While in the "Customize QAT" Window, in the R-hand Pane select one of
the "macros" you added, please observe that the "Modify" button below
the pane is now activated. Select the desired Icon after clicking "Modify".

Thank you very much, Bob.

That gets me most, if not all, of the way to what I want. Still no text
appears in QAT but I can live with that.

Could you please tell me where these changes are saved so that I can deploy
them on several machines?

Thanks again.

..QAT files for Office 2007 applications are stored in this folder

C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Office

Thank you.
I should have guessed that. Everything else seems to be stored there. :)
