How do I add a MP3 file to all of my outgoing emails?

I renamed the file to .wav

Using OfficeXP;
Select Tool-Options
Mail Format
Change Format to HTML and select 'Use MS Word as editor' then press ok
Open a new e-mail
Display the 'Web Tools' toolbar
Click inside body of e-mail
Press Sound and then browse to your .wav file
