Adding Mr. & Mrs. to Outlook 2003 mail merge

Can the Outlook 2003 data base be used for Christmas card mailing mail merge,
where the recipients are Mr. & Mrs. or Dr. & Mrs.? If I add Mr. & Mrs. to an
individuals Full Name window, it picks up the Display As format with last
name, first name.

Parse the names using the individual name elements and use the Title field.
