Adding Multiple Email Contacts

I get messages from tiome to time that have 10-20 recipients that I would
like to add to my contacts list. Right now I hae to click theim individually
and them right clicka and add them.

Is there ar way to add them all at once. I do not want to do this for all my
emails though.

I got an add-in but it jent through my inbox and added all the emails
senders YUK.
