Adding multiple fields at once

According to Microsoft, I should be able to hold down the Control key and
click each field in the Field List that i want and then drag them onto the
form. This multiple selection doesnt work for me which is very confusing.
Does anyone else have a problem with this. Thankyou.

It works in versions 2003 and 2007 and prior ones as well, what version are
you trying it in? And is you table/query bound to your form?

Have you enabled the multi select to simple or extend in properties for your
list box. ??

Frances is not talking about a ***Listbox*** The question is about the
***Field List*** for a record source!

Don't know why it's not working, Frances. You can also

Hold down <Shift>

Select the fields

Release <Shift>

Move the fields to the form

You might try that.
