Hi,
I am trying to make a stand alone presentation that I can send by email or transport on a flash drive. I can add music from an iTunes file and it will play on my computer. But when I send it to someone it will not play at all (not just the music). A small question mark appears in a little icon near the speaker on the first slide which makes me think that the music file was not transmitted as part of the .ppt file. I never have had this problem with presentations without music. they always work by email or flash drive.
I would appreciate help on this.

Hi Morey,

Use Fiole > Save as and choose type PowerPoint package. That creates a
folder containing a copy of your presentation, and copies of the media
files. Then it automatically relinks the presentation to the files in
your folder. Distribute the folder.
