Adding names and words to Dictionary

Hi would like to add words i commonly use- like my name and my organisation to the dictionary, since they repeatedly come up as incorrect spelling. However the dictionary does not allow me to ADD them. How can i add my commonly used words, so they do not show up as misspelt again?

I would say your Custom Dictionary is corrupt.

Open the Help topic " Create and use a custom dictionary" and follow the
procedure in Step 5, " Edit a custom dictionary (optional)"

You don't need to change anything, but you can type a word if you like, then
save.

That will re-write the Custom Dictionary in the proper format and it should
work after that.
