Hi -
After you book a reservation on American Airlines, you have the option of adding it to Entourage (Outlook). It then asks if you want to save the file to your computer or open it using Entourage. Either method saves the .ics file to Entourage. However, if I try to add another reservation, it deletes the other one. I have tried the following:
1) Opening it and adding it (with Entourage)
2) Saving it first and then adding it
3) Renaming the file and then opening it
4) Saving the file and dragging and dropping it
5) Opening it and adding it with iCal
It doesn't matter which method I use. If I try to add more than one calendar item (.ics file) to Entourage, it deletes the previous .ics calendar items that came from American. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated since I and my staff use Entourage to track all our my travel.
Thank you -
