Adding New Record to linked table; #Delete error

I have an Access front-end in 2000 format using Acess 2002
connecting to an Oracle database. Also tried to upgrade
to 2002 format same problem.

Problem1:
When adding a new record to the table, on submit, the
record comes back with #Delete in all fields. If I close
the table and open it back up the record has been
inserted. The Oracle table has a concatenated key on 3
fields, one of which is based on a sequence.

Already Tried:
I found a Q-article, Q264766, that described this exact
problem. The recommendation in the article was to update
the Jet Database Engine to 4.0 SP6. I downloaded and ran
the update, however the problem is still occuring. If
anyone has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate it, as I
am on a very tight deadline.

Problem2:
The Oracle database was recently migrated from one server
to another. Therfore, I transfered the ODBC datasource
that was being used to access the tables. All tables show
without problems. However two forms, no longer show the
data in the subform form view. If I open the subform on
it's own all data appears without problem.

Have tried:
I have tried to delete the subform, and restablish a new
form based on the same table. Problem still persists.
