Adding New Record

I have tried to solve this problem before.....

I am making a database of over 1600 CD's and Vinyl Albums..

I can and do get a great looking form including titles, artists, media,
length, tracks, year etc etc.....However, when I try to add a new record, I
cannot add in ANY field?

Any views?

you upload your database ?
that way we can look at it and see what is going on..

It is 25MB at the moment - I want to sort it out, but can you guys take
that - Not so sure that dialuppers would be too happy!
