Adding new Symbols

I am using symbols in Word. I need the numbers 1 through 12 encircled.
I was able to find numbers 0 through 10 in Wingdings (character code
128 -138). Now how can I also add 11 and 12?

Aside from using the Oval drawing tool and drawing them, i can't think of
anyway that is native to Word that let's do that.

I would google "True Type Fonts" and see if there's a stencil type font that
has numbers enclosed in a circle, you might be able to find a free one.

The Enclosed Alphanumerics character set of Arial Unicode MS has numbers
0-20.
