Adding Notes or Keywords to Messages in Outlook 2003?

I can't even begin to express how frustrated I am with Outlook. I have
Outlook 2003 installed and I use MSN Desktop Search. What I want to do
is attach keywords or notes or something to messages that maybe come in
without a subject line so that, down the line, I can just search MSN
Desktop and pull up messages based on those notes/keywords. That
shouldn't be too much to ask for, should it? Attaching a note to an
e-mail?

There is a 3rd party app that I tried called Bells and Whistles
(emailaddressmanager.com) which allows me to add notes to an e-mail but
those notes are not indexed by MSN Desktop so the app is very much
useless to me right now.

Anyone know of something out there that I'm missing. My livelihood
depends on it! (Okay, I'm very much exaggerating but I'd love to find
something like what I'm describing.)

Ciao!

I could have sworn I made that pretty self-explanatory but I suppose I
didn't. Blast my feeble writing skills. Ahem. Skillz.

To answer your question, though, I am wanting to attach notes or
keywords to messages IN OUTLOOK. Notes or keywords that can be indexed
by MSN DESKTOP SEARCH.

Does that just not make sense? Hopefully I've clarified...

Dunno anything about MSN Desktop Search, it's not part of Office. You
are aware of the Advanced Find in Outlook aren't you?

Oh, yeah...the search within Outlook sucks...especially when you've got
a large inbox. I can't stand the search built into Outlook. Having
that MSN Desktop Search deskbar open, I can find a specific e-mail
about 5-10x faster than using Outlook's built-in search. It's just
hard to find those specific e-mails I was talking about.

Oh well, I'll keep looking but if anyone can think of anything else,
let me know. Thanks!

Another product I found was OutNote by a company called TotalIdea. Not
indexable and a couple of more problems as well...oh well...the search
continues.
