adding one colum up with referance to a second

Hi
In a spread sheet I have I want to add the numbers of one column while a
number in a second column is below 18
the reference is in column "E" and the data I need to add is in column "I"

Hi Don
in column "E" I have a count running but some times it doubles up, ie two
rows have the same no (this is required)

in column "I" I have totals for each row

So in column j I want a total for the last 17 numbers from the number in "e"
for each row. so if the number in column 1 is the last row I want has a 17
in
etc
