adding option boxes

hi..im need 2 add 2 option buttons.. i have 2 cells containing 2 names...i
need the buttons to select 1 cell over the other eg..i want to select the
cell containg tom..and not the cell containg joe..or vice versa. hope that
makes sence.lol..
