Adding other people to a Task Request in Outlook 2003

I created a task and sent to multiple people. I don't need to keep track of
it or anything like that. It's an ongoing task and I need to be able to add
or delete people assigned to the task. How can I add a person or remove a
person from a multiple person task request?
